Gari is a very popular food made from cassava. It is one kind of food that is widely known in the sense that even in countries like Nigeria, Togo and all over Ghana in addition to other nations it can be found. From the fresh cassava, gari is made and because it lasts longer, it travels long distances without getting wasted.
