HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language. It is a computer language that is used in creating web pages, websites, and web applications. HTML is a basic computer language that provides what is called the structure of a web page or site. WEB DESIGN- It refers to the creation of interfaces on devices like the computer or mobile devices for the purpose of communication which is on the internet. CSS- It means Cascading Style Sheet. From the full meaning of the abbreviation CSS, it is also a computer language but it is purposely for the styling of a web page or website. The type of styling it makes use of is called external styling.
