The year 2023 has been a year with many happenings both positive and negative alike. For some, it is a year of fulfilment where set goals were achieved whilst others it is the beginning of greater achievements or the setting up of foundations. However it is described, one thing everyone gives thanks for the most is the gift of life. As the Bible says in Ecclesiastes 9:4, ( Anyone who is among the living has hope - even a live dog is better off than a dead lion ). Gratitude must be given to God for His protection throughout the year in all things. Regardless of how events turned out, there is still a cause to give gratitude to the Giver of all good things.
