Travel and see! This statement was indeed a truth to me when I visited Kumasi because, after a few days of my stay there, varieties of foods were available that I needed to taste. Think of the fufu, yam, cassava, kakro and now Etor. Ashanti Region of Ghana is a place of fertile farmlands where cocoa is planted in large plantations, banana, plantain, cassava, and a whole lot of foodstuffs that can come to mind.
