Some folks love to consume very light foods for breakfast whilst others want heavy meals. These different choices and taste of individuals in terms of what food to eat depends definitely on something whether it is a personal desire or a systemic choice. Talking about this matter of what food one consumes as breakfast has got a lot of interesting things to learn and note.
