There are many places that the Holy Spirit has been mentioned in the New Testament and all the bible verses in this article are taken from the English Standard Version(ESV)
The Gospel according to Matthew
Now the birth of Jesus Christ took place in this way. When
his mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she
was found to be with a child from the Holy Spirit.
Matthew 1:20b

Romans 1:4

The First Letter of Paul to Timothy
1 Timothy 3:16
Great indeed, we confess, is the
mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, justified in the Spirit,
seen by angels, proclaimed among the nations, believed on in the world, taken
up in glory.
1 Timothy 4:1
