FOR STEW AND SOUP
The leaves can be used for stew and soup. It is very amazing to use the leaves to either prepare a soup or a stew and making sure that after it is boiled for the soup or the stew, you do not throw the water away because the water contains valuables. When okro stew or soup is prepared the boil dandelion can be added to make the whole thing very nutritious. People have given testimonies of how they have seen improvement in their health after making use of this wonderful leaf.

FOR SALAD
A significant feature of this leaf is that it is normally grown organically and so you can imagine how beneficial it will be and it can be planted at your backyard farm. The leaves can be used for salad in place of lettuce. When you have not eaten it in salad before, it  might taste some way but once mayonnaise is added you are good to go. Bare in mind you are not eating it because of the taste but for its nutritious value that is able to build the body.

TEA
If you are someone who loves tea then this leaf is an alternative for other tea leaves for you. You can boil the leaf and use the water for tea or even dry the fresh leaves and when they are well dried, it can be powdered and poured into tea or hot water poured on it and then covered. After the hot water dissolves the content of the dried leaves, it can be strained and other tea ingredients like milk added for your healthy and nutritious breakfast.
