The interaction with lecturers, students and university community members present was a wonderful engagement. Some participants couldn't leave until they bought at least 1kg of the banana flour to try porridge, cake or pancake.

The event brought on board different food innovations for exhibition as well as products already making waves in the food industry.

Indeed, it was a great privilege for BANAUP FOODS LTD to be present at the event and engage with a myriad of professionals in the university as they promise a very nutritious flour alternative.

Customer Feedbacks
  • During interaction with one woman at the festival, she told of us a relative who does not consume wheat flour due to some reasons. We made her understand how our banana flour is low in glycemic index, rich in fiber among other nutritional benefit that makes a best fit for the relative. Instantly without hesitations she bought the flour.

  • Other participants who got to know about the all-purpose nature of the flour also showed much interest and were indeed glad to meet us.
