This year's edition of the KNUST Food Festival marks the 6th edition and it was held on the 16th of February, 2024 at the Royal Parade Grounds, KNUST. The celebration of this food festival is to help food manufacturers who are around or even outside the university community showcase their various innovations to the public in terms of food and related products. It also creates an avenue for vendors to sell their products and this year's edition was great and awesome. The celebration was not only centred on food but also brought various professionals in academia and other practitioners as far as food safety and hygiene are concerned to participate and share some of their experiences as well as advice to all who were around. At least three secondary schools nearby the school came to also participate and as the main agenda is food, the Food Science Department of KNUST had maximum representation at the event. Expressing my desire to write was necessitated by some factors and it got very strong at a point because there are a lot of interesting experiences in writing. Some years back, this whole thing of writing began and the learning experience for me was just amazing but not without difficulties. Getting a topic to write about and also express detail knowledge to deal very well with the topic is also another thing on its own. At times, I wonder how full time writers are able to keep up with their schedules and writing prolific content on a range of areas.
